Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to enjoy your Writing Challenge merchandise, but please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
We do, however, accept exchanges or offer store credit in the following situations:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

The wrong item was sent to you

The size you ordered does not fit (exchange for a different size of the same product)
Conditions for Exchange/Store Credit

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Shipping costs for exchanges (other than defective or incorrect items) are the responsibility of the customer
How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit
Please email us at minion@stygiansociety.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 3 business days with instructions for returning the item.
